A respected outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Harrison, NY is currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join their growing team. Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist in this outpatient setting, you will work with a diverse caseload, ranging from post-operative patients to individuals managing chronic orthopedic conditions. The practice emphasizes evidence-based treatments and customized care plans, allowing clinicians to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven therapy without high daily caseload demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
• Provide direct, one-on-one patient care focused on achieving functional and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow physical therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development through mentorship programs, CEU opportunities, and specialty training in areas such as sports rehab, pelvic health, vestibular therapy, oncology, and more.
• Contribute to clinical program development and innovation where applicable.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending Physical Therapy license in the state of New York.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required; mentorship is available for recent graduates.
